Thomas M. Thomas has served as the Bamberg County Deputy Administrator since February 2008.
Mr. Thomas recently completed and graduated from the Institute of Government I and II during South Carolina Association of Counties General Session in August 2015. He has attended several classes since his tenure in public education, such as South Carolina Financial Concepts & Strategies Institute and the Salkehatchie Leadership Institute for Bamberg County.
